You will need a Thai mobile number for verification, plus these documents:

Thai nationals:
- Thai ID card (front and back)
- Name change certificate, if any

Non-Thai nationals with an e-Passport (NFC chip):
- Original passport

Non-Thai nationals without an NFC passport:
- Original passport, plus one of: work permit, valid visa, government ID from your home country, or a Thai government ID such as a Thai driving licence or Pink Card (front and back)

Verification usually takes a few hours to 1 business day. After that you can send money abroad any time.
