I love this app and have had no trouble with the bank. I set up auto-pay without any issues, so I rarely have to use the app unless I want to check my balance. My payment comes out of my bank account every month, so I never have to worry about being late. All in all I rate this 5 stars!

Recently got a new phone and every other app I use, my passkey gets me signed in. This app used to work with a passkey on my old phone, but will not accept a passkey now no matter what I do. It will prompt for passkey but says there isn't one set up, but there is nowhere in the app to set one up. Very frustrating to log in all the time.

I sure hope your ability to handle my auto loan is much, much better than your ability to manage this app. This app is a pos. No matter what I do it keeps going back to the login page.

This is the worst company website I have ever experience. The website is locked on a loop, every time I log in it will bring me to set up account page to be told I already have an account then freezes to that page. Clear data, history, and even went incognito mode and still get the same results. Completely unable to do anything on their website or their app. I have tried 3 different devices with the same results. This has been consistent for 3 days of trying now. Support is worse with only AI ava
