I love this app and have had no trouble with the bank. I set up auto-pay without any issues, so I rarely have to use the app unless I want to check my balance. My payment comes out of my bank account every month, so I never have to worry about being late. All in all I rate this 5 stars!

It was fine for a while. Now the app requires an update EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I try to use it. When it updates & i log in, all I get is a spinning wheel. Before the required updates everything was quick and easy. Now I am thinking they are deliberately trying to cause problems, making it difficult to make a payment therefore charging more service fees and/or late fees. To the crooks who own this company, enjoy it while you can. The truth will always out. I see a class action lawsuit in your Future

Don't use bridge crest for anything. Their app doesn't work, their payment plans are high interest and their website goes down, so you can never pay your car payment on time. They are trying to make sure your car gets repossessed, and at this point with how much they've screwed me over anyway with a death trap of a vehicle, I'm almost ready to just tell them to take the car anyway. I told you the car almost killed me for the last year I've had it, I'm tired of fighting to try and make payments.

Recently got a new phone and every other app I use, my passkey gets me signed in. This app used to work with a passkey on my old phone, but will not accept a passkey now no matter what I do. It will prompt for passkey but says there isn't one set up, but there is nowhere in the app to set one up. Very frustrating to log in all the time.

If you have to change banks and are on autopay, and don't call to update it, they are well aware that the app or website can "glitch" or not update your new information properly. Then you are left with them trying to withdraw the payment from your old account and overdrawing it. This is more than just "sorry for the inconvenience". This is negligent, I'm going to be finding a new bank to move my auto loan to.
