This company CHEATS people out of classes, they take the classes you paid for and mark them as lost... and then expect you to pay again for the same classes you already paid for.

Bright Champs are SCAMMERS. I paid for the program, and they said they give refunds. They lied. They don't give refunds. They say anything to get your money. I paid for a program for my son. They said they give refunds but they never did. They kept telling me they will give me a refund, and they never did. Try other programs to teach your class and their customer service is horrible.

I put my child in the classes in May 2025, and she liked it at first, but it did not keep her interest. I removed her in Dec 2025, and I am still being charged for the whole course. Steer clear.

Not professional at all, they changing teachers, and reschedule the classes without informing me! Customer support not helpful, and they didn't response Waste time and your money!
