Not professional at all, they changing teachers, and reschedule the classes without informing me! Customer support not helpful, and they didn't response Waste time and your money!

They made me paid for 150 sessions but won't give me the last two sessions which is steeling my money, and I have complained several times and all they say is buy more or pay for this other course then we will give your two sessions back. This company clearly is an SCAM. MY DAUGHTER does not even know any login details for the programs she was doing lessons on, even though they said she would get free lifetime access, they lied.

Bright Champs are SCAMMERS. I paid for the program, and they said they give refunds. They lied. They don't give refunds. They say anything to get your money. I paid for a program for my son. They said they give refunds but they never did. They kept telling me they will give me a refund, and they never did. Try other programs to teach your class and their customer service is horrible.

This company CHEATS people out of classes, they take the classes you paid for and mark them as lost... and then expect you to pay again for the same classes you already paid for.
