Don't buy these UPS's. Known issues (as per Eaton) with false reports on voltage range, power outages, etc., making any notifications useless as you don't know if it's false or not. App doesn't stay logged in, eliminating any push notifications. I have 11 of these UPS's at a site since May 2025, can't return them, none of the promised fixes have happened. Paid nearly 3 times what a 'dumb' UPS would have cost and had the same features, since the 'Cloud features' of these are useless.

No excuse why app is in such a horrible state. You have to log in & 2FA every time you use the app (and I have 2FA turned off). Banks don't make their app this hard to use. And you have to do this often because the app will NOT refresh the devices. I have found it can take up to .5 hr for the web portal to update status of devices. But the mobile app can take .5 to 2 hrs to update. Useless! Some of the metrics do not show either. Maybe I got a defective Eaton I'm testing. This is 1 star so far.
