Installed the app...received pairing code from keypad, entered code but can get no further due to receive pairing code popup covering panel name line, if you can't entet this it doesn't allow you to progress, app works pretty well on my tablet apart from I only get half of home screen, bit disappointed really as purchased the alarm for the ability to use from app...will change my rating, have found a solution.

My system was installed and maintained by Paul at Forrest Security Systems. I am able to turn the system on and off easily from my phone, so as family and guests enter the property they don't have worry about the alarm. My system is also monitor faults remotely by Paul. Excellent.

Doesn't work on latest version of Android. Worked fine with my old phone. Now, new phone with android 14. Attempt logon with username and password, but app just hangs without logging on. EDIT: After receiving a response and advice from the Developer, I attempted it again. Although I still couldn't get it to work with my original username (email address), I did manage to get it to work by setting up a new account, with a different Username

Error message persists even after uninstalling and reinstalling. "Cannot read characters of undefined length" then crashes. Useless, literally!! Google Pixel 7.

I have had this app for about two years it has worked reasonably well. I recently upgraded to android 15 /Moto g55 and the app no longer works. After I log in I get a message "cannot read properties of undefined (reading ''length''). The app then crashes ... I have uninstalled the app, cleared data and cache, reinstalled with Wi-Fi off, with Wi-Fi on etc. to no avail. The app continues to work on my old phone and another family members phone ... I can't find a number to call to ask for help.

Fine for few days then notifications only work when screen is unlocked. If u clear data & cache, notifications stop working. Completed all reboots, deleted apps, reseting notification for normal, locked, etc. Even clear cache from android phone partition cache (S22 Ultra) & still not working. This is the second time now, & last fixed was by having to wipe phone & rebuild as a new phone. Not doing it again even though now if my house get robbed. Won't know 😪. App say version build for older OS
