★★☆☆☆ I have both this and smart app and I can't top up metre on either! both will not work for me what am I doing wrong?. Update 1st Dec 2019 8 months on and Still can not use the app as a pop up comes on each time asking me to upgrade and there is no way to get this off your screen. No I'm not upgrading I just want to top up my meters. British gas sort this out as its its currently a pointless app!
