This app is continuously having problems. It's supposed to make live easier. Please get it sorted. Once again top up app not working only getting service engineer. Top up a different way. It took two lots of gas top-ups double money I didn't want to make, plus my electricity that's a lot for a pensioner. It's been. Weeks now tries deleting app doesn't seem to be a top-up.app now. Why??

My account has finally been upgraded to use the new app. However, the app is not showing any usage option. The amount left on the meters have not been updated in 3 days regardless of so-called half-hourly updates. This app is pointless. The only thing that works is paying for top-ups. Funny that.

Having logged in all I get is a home screen.... if I try to look at my account/ bills/tariff details, all I get is a screen asking me to select which account I want to view, and the screen is just blank - no account details shown at all - totally useless!

27-6-2025 can only top up electric won't let you top up gas. Select gas keeps displaying electric very poor app.
