Very pleased with my Home Boost experience. The whole process was straightforward and the app is designed well and intuitive to use. I was impressed by the final report; although it had some suggestions for improvements I had already considered, it had many that I had not (or didn't even know existed), and also included a cost/benefit analysis for each item. I also appreciated the personalized video. I would strongly recommend Home Boost to someone who's looking to improve their home's efficiency.

After getting the camera it doesn't take long to learn how to scan your house. My scan took maybe 2 hours, but most of that was playing with the camera to see the differences that my existing treatments would create. After I got my results I wasn't completing satisfied and let the team now in their requested feedback. They took the time to learn what I expected and completely redid my report. Great customer service.

Do not download this is a virus to home boost: 1: after installation I received ad after ad on my home screen, the ads were all for antivirus 2: in the app settings, this app was disguised as Gmail. On home screen the app does not show up at all 3: problems went away after deleting the app 4: the ad for this app regards a thermal camera, if my phone was capable of that I wouldn't need to download an app for that I do actually respect your skill with this, it was very well done
