I am new to the British Swim School and so far I've been to 2 of their locations. It was a good experience for the 1st lesson and due to scheduling conflicts we had to change locations. I couldn't believe the second locations was just as welcoming as the 1st location. I love it.

App does its job, mainly scheduling makeup classes. Takes a bit of time to get used to the menus, but once you're familiar it's easy to use.

I've missed multiple classes and makeups because there are no reminders—no texts, calls, or calendar sync. I've brought this up to a franchise owner, but nothing has changed. It's frustrating to pay good money when the school makes no effort to help parents keep track. Missing classes has made me want to quit and pull out. Hopefully, the owners will fix this with a proper notification system.

The app doesn't work. It doesn't load. It's just easier to go on the desktop portal now.

I have 2 students in the account. To book a makeup it does not allow me to select a makeup based on the last 3 absences of each individual student but combined. This becomes an issue because I can not effectively reschedule swim classes.
