OK...we're back in business!!.. Scratch my review from earlier today, the connection issue is now fixed. App connects to the bike in an instant. Total mileage (or kilometer age, if preferred) has been maintained, and I have the power levels / lighting settings all available on the phone again. Normal service has been resumed. Just try not to pull that stunt again guys!

Faye. Brampton fixed the bug after 1 day. Great. The app was working fine until the android update. It now says it has a bug. It's wiped all my statistics and I can't connect to the bike. It keeps crashing 😪

All works fine for me. Accepting terms and conditions was a little annoying due to layout issues in the built-in browser but eventually worked. Contrary to others, it's clear to me how to change miles Vs km. Everything else looks straight forward.

Unfortunately the app is not up to the standard of the bikes. Need more development, maybe Garmin could assist Brampton in making the app fit for purpose.

Does not update my g line. Repeatedly shows error, then success then error. Was downloading the firmware for 1h before I gave up and closed the app then showed error

Installed and managed to connect; next time I tried to connect, it just says there. After my ride, I did manage to get the app to connect, but it then wouldn't switch to the dashboard and all I had was the page showing battery level. (Did manage to reach the dashboard the first time). Will be uninstalling for the time being. Perhaps in the future they'll manage to iron out the kinks, but to be honest, it's a bit of a sledgehammer to crack a walnut for me - the only real use I see for it is the ability to change modes on the fly. Maybe some third-party will come up with a button that can be affixed to the handlebar to do that - live in hope.

Wouldn't pair with my bike. Got so far, asking for passcode and leaving a device record as a previously connected device in my phone's Bluetooth list, but wouldn't complete pairing.
