Maximum of cancelation is 3. The 1st one is because the rider told me he can't pick me up, so he'll transfer me to another rider. 2nd is I need to cancel because the rider is not replying to my chats only to find out that the app is having trouble again when receiving messages AND the driver didn't even contact me. Now I have 1 chance left. Backside Palawan should have an option for customer to provide reason of cancelling with a feature to add photo as a proof and have moderator.

The app is very convenient and user-friendly, as a matter of fact, it provides ease to the commuters here in Puerto Princesa City. Additionally, their riders are all professionals and polite, so there's nothing to worry. Keep up the good work and I hope that Backside Palawan can be at par with Grab / Angkas in terms of App features. More power!

To the developers, I onced tried the automatic pinning of my location for it, I think it's comfortable, but the result was, the driver goes to the pinned location of the app where to pick me up, but it is not even accurate. This cause me late in my appointment. Next time, I would prefer to pin my location.

Worst app ever. Laging nag ca crash ang app. Di mac lick mga certain button, the app should've served convenience pero along tumatagal mga transactions Dahl sa app na laging sira. The drivers are friendly tho, never had encountered rude drivers so kudos.

This app is so inconsistent. There are times when it works phenomenally, but there are times when you can't click the "Ride" button no matter how many times you try. There are times you can't log in again where it says wrong password or phone even if you put in the correct password. And don't even try to retrieve your account via email to a Google Account, because it never works. The customer service is also non-existent.

Please resolve, been ages..... Reset PW kahit through phone# na lang isend kaysa e-mail. I've had trouble resetting my password. Have been resending the reset pw with the same registered e-mail. There were no e-mail received. Tried to create new account with same phone#. It is still a no use. Can't use app if it's like this.........
