After selecting the appointment date from available slots, the final preview/submit button automatically takes current date as appointment date and display message as appointment not available for this date. As a user I am stuck as App is not taking form submit. Tried this with other phone also.

Like all govt. services are useless this app is just another waste of time. Can't even open the application.

Waste of time. After filling the entire form with multiple pages just before final submission it asks for feedback page is stuck and doesn't go ahead. It says no internet connection.

Reduced connection load without taking consent. Intimation is not consent, the law indicates requirement of consent. Saying yes is consent, keeping default option as yes unless otherwise is coercion.
