The app was great when it worked. It hasn't loaded the workouts for several days now and just causes it to crash. I would have given it 5 stars when it worked correctly, but now it is useless. UPDATE: The app now works again. If it stays this way, I will change my rating to 5 stars. It's nice having a short warm-up and two options to choose from for a workout.

App delivers free sandbag based warm-ups and workouts daily, with the option of challenges and paid training programs. Would be nice if you could purchase training programs directly from the app. It would also be nice to be able to add friends using the app for an additional social aspect. Overall great app.

Used to love this app. Now it's useless. Can't get past login screen. Password resets never come. Setting up new user accounts to get around issue can't be done because it recognizes the email. Logging in with Facebook doesn't take you past the login screen. Had to drop rating.

The app was great when it worked. I tried logging in after not using the app for a while, and it won't let me log in using Facebook, put in my login info and it says "failure to authenticate. It also won't let me reset my password, or make a new account.
