I had a service call that I could connect to the original control board and copy it. When I tried to connect to the new board there was no connection. This is not the first time. Bryant has an issue with Android. After making me an account with the app I still could not connect to the new board. My boss had to come out on site to program the board with his Apple phone to be able to program the control board. This has not been the first issue we've had.
