It's not too bad. I'd like to see more options to help with Time of Use electric companies. It'd be great to be able to tell the system to use my furnace during certain timeframes instead of the heat pump. Seems like it would save some bucks.

Works most of the time & is useful. There are times when I select a temperature on the app & the stat will not acknowledge it. For example, I'm set it to 68 when I leave work & when I get home it's still at 64. Fix this & 5 stars.

The app mimics the problem of the web and the whole cloud system: lag. It's terrible. Actions take 2 to 5 minutes to take effect in your home. Actions on your wall devices take 2–5 minutes to be reflected in the app. Update: Every update since my initial review has made things worse. The user facing experience with Bryant software and thermostats has been so bad since I got this system installed that I've persuaded 3 people in the last 7 months not to get a CArrier/Bryant system

I received a brand new Connex controller under warranty because the other one had the black screen of death, but now the brand new one doesn't even connect to the app. I've tried everything suggested and nothing works. I am connected to the Wi-Fi, but that's as far as it lets me go. This app does not recognize the QR code on the control and the manual method is a dead end. I'm so frustrated with this system and as an HVAC tech, I must say this is no good. Hey app designers, what should I do?

Total garbage! Thermostat thinks I'm never home. Programs rarely work even when I manually mark that I'm home. Will get Nest to replace the mess I'm dealing with.
