Even as per their email advice to remove catches the App is not at all opening. I wonder how to retrieve 2 bills for our two connections & make payments. Pls accept our complaints as genuine & solve them & oblige! Dated: 02/04/2026: It is still not opening & receiving same message as 'BRPL KEEPS STOPPING' I appeal to look into my complaint and restore it's functioning pls.
