Nice customer service, always fast response & no hassle in requesting change of delivery method. They have no control in custom process for international deliveries so estimation could be inconsistent, make sense. Winter in Finland is also really bad after all, so a little delay in delivery time is not completely irreasonable. Maybe adding options to change delivery to locker via the app will make it easier, so customers don't have to get in touch with customer service every time for each delivery

App is fine like any other. However, the company is less so. They top the list on delays, wrong sorting of packages, as well as lost packages. If you have the option, pick a competitor. Remember that Instable is the same company since they merged (which could explain the lack of quality, Bud bee dragged things down). This is for their southern Sweden services in particular, it is lacking.

Never order home delivery with Bud bee! I got no messages or notifications about the delivery time, neither did I choose is it ok to leave the parcel at the door. So they just left my parcel (with 600 eur worth of stuff!) in the corridor of the building, unsupervised! I was not home, and only got the message from the store (not Bud bee!) that my order has been delivered. Absolutely unprofessional! First time I encounter such poor service, felt stressed and unsafe for my belongings!

Continues to say my number doesn't match the one they have, which it does!! I am not getting any notifications for deliveries and am very tired of this. They need to fix the problem in their app

Every time I order from Bol and choose a Bud bee locker, I don't receive a pickup code. It's not in the delivery email link from Bol, it's not in the email link from Bud bee and the package doesn't even exist in my Bud bee app account.
