This is an honest review after being a rideshare driver renting from Buggy. For all the negativity they get I think it isn't really justified. I myself have been behind on payments and had a car deactivated once, but it was my own fault for being late and stacking two invoices. The customer support has been great because they aren't intrusive at all. The rentals are a bit more expensive, but the potential to work 8 hours a day and make $200+ is there, it's all based on how motivated you are.
I've had my car since May and I love it I've been able to add a payment option in the app does not allow me to pay through it, so I had to do a reinstallation. I have not had a problem taking it in for maintenance and getting it approved the only thing the weekly payment is really high it's $479.99 with that being said it would be wonderful if they had a lease to purchase option with that price.

Whatever you do, don't do it. Only getting 40-45% of fare from Uber and more than half of my revenue goes to their very badly maintained cars that are not clean nor damage free, even their SUVs they will rent to you for $500 a week after tolls that they always place on the account once you reach a certain threshold. Go with avis, hertz, private fleet line, anything but Buggy. They will deactivate your car and not even let you drive it back to the shop if turning it back in. Do not trust them.

This app is so bad. First I must call support to do literally everything, second one day it just kicks me out and tells me my number doesn't exist nor can I sign up. It does nothing except have me call an Indian call center for anything I need, so I can never call the place I got the car. I have to drive 45 minutes just to schedule tan appointment all because this app and Ucars can't make a functional call center, app, or even a simple way to do routine maintenance.
