I haven't used this in years, But just decided to leave a comment. Well This app has a heavy bright potential, but they slept on it. This App came before Instacart and uberGrocery and every other grocery. But they slept on it. I haven't used it in a while, Only when it was launched anyway.

App constantly crashes. Prices are high. They have a minimum tip, which I don't like. Tipping is at the end not before. This causes issues that the employees do not have to do a good job since they go their tip. It also shows that the company isn't able to afford to pay their employees a proper wage. I tried to order a few items, and it was about $11.50. After fees and the min tip it was over $18. That is ridiculous. I do not see Buggy lasting long.

Horrible experience with this service. Primarily this business doesn't even have a customer support line, only some lackluster email. Their Toronto address is some closed apartment. And the guy that gave 5/5 is one of the team members. Food arrived late, like MANY hours late. This service doesn't provide receipts. They overcharge and potentially do fraud to their customers. Prices on weighted foods were different in store and final receipt, which was adjusting after the transaction. AVOID!!!
