App crashes and closes when checking out. Does not save the basket, so you refill, and then it happens again. Wouldn't waste your time until they fix the app.

Crashed the first time at the address section, so I went through the account piece again entered address then ordered. Keeps asking for postcode though it has my address, search is painful, slow and inaccurate (could not find sausages). Finally, placed an order to be later told it was cancelled, and I will get a refund in 3 to 6 days.

Started as a 5-star experience. But sadly, the speed of del8very isn't "Snappy" at all after the first few orders. It is supposed to be delivered within the hour at most but keeps ending up with delivery being pushed back to 2 hours or even 3 hours. It's absolutely ridiculous. And if you dare to complain about anything to them, they have a real attitude issue. Definitely in it for the money and not the customer service.

Terrible app, loads of hidden charges and doesn't work well in general. Items that aren't stocked at your local shop are still there as headers, so you go for an item, and it isn't there.
