I love being a personal shopper and hope to get many long term clients with Dumpling. I only wish it was easier to find clients to shop for in Thurston County and Grays Harbor County, Washington. I love that my customers will always pay in-store prices through Dumpling. Great app, very easy to navigate through. So much better and much more affordable than Instacart. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Update: What happened to the estimated total on the Your List page? I have to go to Check Out to see that now. My shopper is fantastic, and the app makes it easy to save items for later or add items that aren't shown in the inventory. My only complaint is that I'd like to start shopping at Sprouts, but Dumpling doesn't support this store's inventory, yet, so I can't build my list in the app for that store.

I LOVE MY PERSONAL SHOPPER. It's so easy to build my shopping list in app and talking to my shopper through in-app chat about any problems with my order is a breeze. The best part is I know I'm only paying in store prices for my groceries! Would highly recommend if you don't have time to shop for yourself

I used it a couple of times. It's not true that you get the same shopper. You have to use whoever is available. At first, there was a long list of shoppers in my area and now there's only two, and I'm in a major city.

Bait and switch! Store showed 15% shopper fee. App stresses NO HIDDEN FEES. After I spent the time to answer the food preferences, build a profile, make my first list/order estimated to be $44.00 and some change. Prices seemed a little low, so I was calculating end store receipt of $50.00 + 15% = $57.50. THEN I GOT TO THE SUMMARY/PAYMENT PAGE!! $75.00???? Hidden processing fee for app around $3.00 -- OKAY $19.99 Shopper fee on top of the 15% tip??? Promptly deleted app.

I'm having serious problems with this app because a lot of the things I usually get at Whole foods are missing completely from it when building a shopping list. I'm not even sure who to contact about this. And these are just normal everyday items. And NO, the items are not out of stock. I checked the Amazon app, and they have them in the store.

Was all excited to finally get rid of Shipt and Instacart and make my two favorite shoppers my permanent shoppers. Unfortunately it's not even worth their time to sign up because the two main grocery chains in our area that I prefer to shop from are not even Incorporated with your platform. This app is useless to both shoppers and customers in my area. Yes you work with Target Walmart and Sam's club but none of those compared to the two grocery focused chains I mentioned.
