I think it's pretty good, the pay and the tips are usually fair roughly $10 a trip unless its less than 3 items and 4 mins delivery then It's like $5. I do think it could be better though. For an app that's just grocery stores. For instance on doordash when they send you to a grocery store their very specific on the location of the item. On this app some stores like Walmart are very specific but other grocery stores they just tell you what the item is, and you have to find it yourself. 🙄

In Medford Oregon you guys have these orders that are going to Klamath Falls it is 85 MI why don't you just put all those orders together that are 85 me so the person doing those orders doesn't get screwed over on the mileage I don't know what's been going on these last couple days, but it has been terrible to lower pain orders and nothing but high mileage orders where we can't make money on it ❤️💚 the wear and tear on the car is what you guys are not factoring in when you send these high ml orders

Instacart has been a fantastic platform for flexible gig work. @instacart please add a section where the customer can communicate (live text) with the person completing order. These shoppers will pickup things i don't need. Example, if I want beef sausage for my red beans, I want beef sausage. Not pork and beef. Thanks

Shoppers asking WHY NO ORDER if APP say batches in 1-5 or 15 -30 minutes? WHY FOOL SHOPPERS TO WAIT AT STORES FOR HOURS THAT DON'T HAVE ORDERS with NO PAY? Why pay $7 or less for large order & high mileage or take advantage of shopper's TIME/ EFFORT? Certain rating shouldn't be allowed if it's not shopper's fault? System shouldn't complete undelivered orders, if there's a traffic problem or GPS gave incorrect city that took longer for deliveries. What happened to $20+tips?APP has 500 Error Code

Ridiculous I do 100% of the advertising for Instacart in my area. Just saw my first batch in two weeks and poof it's gone. Support Chat informs me that somebody else may have taken the batch. I'll inform you right now. I'm telling everybody in this area to only Door Dash. I turned $100 a week in this area to $600 a week in this area, and it's still rising. You'll be fine, just won't be screwing me anymore

They hid my first review cuz I exposed how bad their pay is. they make u fight with other shoppers to accept the order the quickest, do not drive for this company. They offer 6 dollars to shop for an hour and then drive 20 minutes and if customers change their tip, they do not compensate like doordash will. I truly hope this company shuts down
