Secret Shopper ®

★★★★★ This is a great secret shopping app, in my opinion. They have great shopper support that responds quickly to any questions or problems you may have. The only downside is there aren't many shops in my area.

★★★★★ It makes reporting 10x faster than the web. I've been with this company 14 years, and they are always willing to work with you to become a better mystery shopper. The app is regularly upgraded, and the improvements have been significant. One suggestion I would make would be to have page numbers at the top of my list as well as the bottom. I'm a high volume shopper, so it's a bit time-consuming to scroll all the way down to get to the next page. Otherwise, the app is near perfect!

★★☆☆☆ The app itself is easy to use and navigate. My only complaint is they just do not pay enough in my opinion. The shops that require you to go to a place pay super low and are usually pretty extensive, have alot of questions you have to ask, and sometimes they want you to record or take pics. If you make even 1 simple mistake then you will not get paid! I don't know about you, but I make mistakes from time to time and I cannot afford to not be paid for my work, so I haven't done any shops for them.

★★☆☆☆ Bad apps, bad customer service, if you make a tiny little mistake, your shop will be cancelled and your account will be blocked, no money fake company, Maryanne the manager, bad attitude, treat the shopper like nobody, no humanity, this company sucks, people, do me a favor, get away from this shop and plz fire Maryanne, bad customer service, don't know why they are in the customer service evaluation business, fake company. They won't listen to shopper and that is unfair, stay away from this company
