Why can't I log in? It keeps saying my username or password is incorrect. I'm logged in on Chrome browser, but I can't log in here

I completed two jobs for this company ishopforipsos, and was not compensated for any of it. My gas money, 5 dollars to pay for the print-out documents, and the instore gas purchases. I submitted my receipts and was not compensated. I completed two gas shops evaluations took about 20 mins each to complete, took all the pictures and submitted the form online. They sent me a message, stating I was missing one of the pictures. I was asked to resubmit the entire form, which was quite long.
