Description
TouchPoints is a market research application that captures study participants' behaviour and usage of different media. We do this by asking participants to complete survey questions every half hour for a 7 day period. When a participant’s device is connected to the internet, their answers and usage information are then sent securely to a remote server for analysis.

OK, so after reading all the negative reviews I had my concerns before installing this application as requested by Epos Mori who had invited me to take part in a survey for a week. However, my experience really was not as bad or like others had made out it to be. Firstly, I did not experience any slow down or websites or applications failing to work (though I do not use Facebook so I cannot comment there!). If you fall behind on your half hour diary entries it gives you plenty of time to catch up so if you are a busy person like myself then you can fill in your information when you have time too and each half hour entry won't take more than a minute or so of your time. That is not what I would call a "full time job" as others have stated. I only have an old Samsung S5 and the device handled it fine, and I did not notice any more battery use than normal either. The only `issue` I had, was the app did not seem to like uploading my diary responses when using Wi-Fi, and if I used mobile data it worked fine. Over the whole week the application used less than 100mb so not a lot. I also had no issues receiving my reward amazon vouchers. Overall, its good and works as described!

Slows down the phone, data speeds and apps restricting normal every day usage. The research will be flawed as people will not use their phone in the way they do normally

I can't do anything on it. It keeps crashing and I can barely do anything for 30 seconds before it stops again. I can't fill out the diary. I've uninstalled every other app I have, and it's still messing up. Any advice.
