I'm actually shocked at how serious they take their program. Everything is accounted for down to the smallest detail. Some of it is so methodical and minute that it appears to be overkill with the details, but I'm certain they know more about it than I do and those corners that I would cut is likely what will cost you later. It's much more than physical training, they focus on the whole man. Psychological skills and planning are accounted for, I would put my sons through it if they were here.

Really well put together training plans. Especially if your goals are SOF/LEAF. Very progressive stripping everything back to find your weaknesses. Coaches give feed back and respond quickly. Once you finish a block of training your new block is ready the following day based on your responses. The app isn't just about training it covers diet, mobility, sofe tissue work, teamwork, leadership, memory skills and more pretty much everything need to work in the SOF/LEAF area. Podcast is also great!
