Worst experience. They are ready to rip you off and end up paying more than the services used. No response for days when contacting the customer service. Uninstall the app.

The interface is straightforward enough to follow, but it lags loading some screens sometimes, and it is frustrating you download an app to use Bung ii and then get notifications and submit cancellations via SMS instead of in the app. It was also frustrating I got what appeared to be a confirmation message by SMS the morning of when I had requested a pick-up, and the app said Contacted Driver #1, but the driver never showed up, and there was no option to request a different driver.
