Excellent customer service at the Loves Park location. Kramer was awesome and so friendly... And the food was amazing per usual! I grew up on Buena Beef from the original location in Berwyn. I have had the pleasure of growing up near the original Bound location. Having Bound Beef so close to home now that I live in Wisconsin is unbelievable. Yet here we are in Kenosha eating a sandwich that I know very well. I can tell you that the service is great and the food fantastic. The staff at our neighborhood Bound are pleasant and welcoming. It sucks at the Oak Lawn facility. No wait, your Oak Lawn is what really sucks. I love the Berwyn facility, the Lake Geneva facility, the Orland Park facility and others are decent, Oak Lawn SUCKS

Rip off. I sent 33.65 my friend spent 16.00 my other friends spent 17.00. I got 158 points for 2 roast beef sandwiches my others friend got a hot dog and got 150 points. My other friend got the roast beef sausage sandwich and got 160. How did I get fewer points? This app is crazy with points

When I open the app a screen opens requesting a phone number and birthday. If you are already enrolled for the Buena Beef app/Club it rejects you since the phone number is already enrolled and there is no way of leaving the screen. Total garbage app!
