I am so fricking happy that this app is available in Oklahoma now. I am however disappointed that I don't get a chance to win free tacos for a year tho. This app is definitely better than the McDonald's one. I'm so happy that I don't have to sign in at a location just to earn points. Just being able to use my card in store to earn points is awesome

I am an original BuenoHead from Abilene. At 14, I got my Texas driver's license last year before 16 was required. Plus I had a car. We were Too koOL4skool! All items were 19 cents and drnks were dime. Two bean burritos stacked with raw onions and hot sauce and a soda was $.50 ... the price of school lunch which we skipped for Buena!

Ordering on the app isn't easy, and I will no longer be uploading receipts to get points. I've had 2 receipts get denied, all because I didn't wait over 24 hours to go back to Buena. I got help with my first one and got the points I earned, but it has been over a week now since I contacted support about the last one that got denied & I haven't heard anything. I get my points no problem whenever I use my card in store but uploading receipts is starting to feel pointless

Ordered from the taco Buena app for the first time and intended to order from the Benton, AR location. The app did not default to the nearest location and instead ordered from the Conway, AR location. With assistance from the manager, I called the Conway, AR location and canceled my order due to having difficulty canceling from the app. The Conway, AR location canceled my order but did not refund my money. I have tried several times to get customer service to refund my money. Disappointed

They need to get rid of App and just go back to word of mouth or mailers for promotion. Every App notification of a promotion like today's bogo Machado doesn't come with a code that the restaurant claims they need to give you the discount. Same thing with the MLB Texas Rangers' promotion that's at the top of the page. This frustration has made it to where I HAVEN'T actually spent any money wirh them since April and im deleting this app. FALSE ADVERTISING
