I am an original BuenoHead from Abilene. At 14, I got my Texas driver's license last year before 16 was required. Plus I had a car. We were Too koOL4skool! All items were 19 cents and drnks were dime. Two bean burritos stacked with raw onions and hot sauce and a soda was $.50 ... the price of school lunch which we skipped for Buena!

I love the food, but as far as the app is concerned, not so much. I'm in Oklahoma City but the only locations available in the app are in Texas. Come on dev team. You're dropping the ball and losing to your competition. It's time to get your app updated and show your customers that you appreciate them. ** Update 2/2/26** I can now see local locations but can't sign up or log into rewards. I receive the login email both when clicking sign up or log in, but it doesn't create a rewards' acct. 👎

As of today, 5/17/26, at 725pm, the app shows all locations closed when trying to place an order. It's been this was for 3 days now.

Tried uploading receipts for points and was denied. Tried again and was denied. If receipts is an option for points but its denied then what's the point?

I just left the Taco Buena on Greenville avenue in Allen, Texas. This has got to be by far the most poorly staffed location in the company. Poorly as in rude and disrespectful employees. And the restrooms were beyond disgusting. There wasn't toilet paper or paper towels. There was a very rude Hispanic woman who appeared to be the manager standing at the counter completely speaking down to a customer. She had no desire to help the person. I'll never be back Negative 100 stars from me.
