bug bug. This app is not compatible with your device

Constantly crashes and times out, so I can't claim any rewards. When it does finally work, some of the rewards are good, but it works maybe 1 out of 10 times or maybe even just 0.01 out of 10. A company like bupa has the budget for a better app since we're paying enough of a premium for it.

Slow, crashes all the time, keeps encountering errors requiring re-login etc. It's too inconvenient to use this app and not worth all the time addressing its constant problems
