Worst experience, the burgers didn't seem fresh as they were already cold when served. App shows 120 cashback which I never got, raised an issue there, but they didn't reach out yet.

Writing to formally complain about a recurring issue I have experienced with orders placed through your application. On multiple occasions, after placing an order through the app, the store does not accept the order for nearly 30 minutes. When contacted, they claim that no order has been received. However, when I visit the store personally and show them the order details from the application, they then accept the order. Despite this, the order is still prepared and delivered very late. This

The pick-up order service through the Burger Farm app at the Pratap Nagar, Jaipur outlet is absolutely pathetic at night. The staff clearly prioritizes Tomato and Twiggy orders over direct app pick-up orders, which is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the staff behavior is rude and careless. This kind of service is unacceptable and seriously damages the customer experience.
