The system, including the app is not reliable, the base station switches offline without notice :-( basically leaving the house unattended, if you are remote on holiday, that's scary, resetting requires a whole new setup off all sensors and devices, even if you previously created a profile, the app tells me 4 people connected, but doesn't show me who they are, even more scarry.. difficult to understand this app, which is made for easy use.... please seriously rework this app and system!
