Burn Collective is a Hawaii based fitness and wellness studio offering customized group fitness classes in LED/NIR Red Light, Infrared Heat Therapy and 50* degree CryoBURN for the ultimate results and health benefits.

The BURN Method classes are RESULTS driven and uniquely developed by Maria Chase with a strategic approach to effectively redesign the physique and boost the metabolism. Classes range from our foundational BURN45, HIIT (High Intensity Intervals) style class, to our IsoBURN Pilates based Isometric sequencing and Sculpt. Each class offers a unique approach to muscular design and conditioning resulting in a balanced, beautiful and strong physique for all fitness levels. In-studio classes range from 45-60 minutes and accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced. All workouts are designed to be easily done from anywhere with no equipment. However, we do believe weights are a key component to an efficient fat burning workout. Optional weights we use in the studio and recommend at home include dumbbells 1-8lb, resistant bands light-heavy, ankle weights 1-5lbs and sliders.

BURN ON-DEMAND offers members hundreds of full in-studio BURN Method classes, shorter 20-30 minute quick-yet-effective workouts and 5-15 minute mini-BURNS. BURN combines a fun, effective approach to HIIT style conditioning to rev-up the metabolism as well as low impact isomeric sequencing for a targeted, efficient workout. Our goal is to empower women and men through exercise with fun daily workouts that deliver proven results.
