Everything about this place is amazing. I'm obsessed. I wish I could go more. Heaven and Leslie are both the sweetest people, the red light helps the pain from my job, and the Palate videos are super educational. Even the soaps and scent of the place is relaxing. It's a fitness spa for sure. The most relaxing workout ever. It's also laid back in the sense where you can come in comfortable clothing, and it's not a fashion show. T-shirt and yoga pants are normal. I can't say enough good things.
