Burstbell: HIIT Interval Timer

Lock your phone. Switch to your music. Burstbell still calls every work and rest interval on the exact second.

Most interval timers drift or go silent when the screen turns off. Burstbell runs as a proper workout timer in the background, so your 20 seconds stay 20 seconds — round after round.

HEAR IT OVER YOUR MUSIC
• Each signal briefly lowers your music, then brings it back
• A voice calls the phase and the next exercise: "Work — Burpees"
• 3-2-1 countdown beeps at the same volume as the main signal
• Vibration on every phase, if you want it

BUILT FOR HIIT, TABATA-STYLE AND CIRCUITS
• Set work, rest, rounds, get-ready and cool-down in seconds
• Name each exercise — they rotate round by round
• Save workouts and start any of them with one tap
• Skip forward or back mid-workout
• Huge full-screen numbers you can read from across the room
• Screen colour changes with each phase: orange for work, teal for rest

STAY CONSISTENT
• History with a 4-week calendar and your daily streak
• Workout time counts only real time — pauses and skipped intervals are left out
• Home screen widget: start your last workout in one tap
• Optional daily reminder

GOOD FOR
HIIT workouts, Tabata-style 20/10 sets, boxing and MMA rounds, circuit training, EMOM-style intervals, running intervals, jump rope, kettlebell sessions, stretching and yoga holds.
