★★☆☆☆ This app is a joke- it doesn't work and, worse, has told me every time I try and use it. It has made the debit card unusable. Try and call Open24? It's anything but open, after twice waiting for over 40 mins I gave up. Go to the branch? They just direct you to Open24 who don't answer. Complain? The on-line complaint form also doesn't work, apparently I've used 'special characters' - full stops??? Joke. Absolute joke.

★★☆☆☆ It doesn't work but hopeless trying to get TSB to answer their phones to fix it

★★☆☆☆ Impossible to authenticate. It always says technical difficulties. No way now to use the business card. The call center blamed the provider which is ridiculous as I tried payments with many big providers with which my personal account worked. You really have to fix this!!!
