★★★★★ Great app but... I love this app and has been working great for my business but lately I have missed some costly texts through the app. It used to notify me of a text but it doesn't anymore? I dont know I got a text unless I open the app and look through recent activity. I keep checking back in case there is an update but there isn't. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

★★☆☆☆ NOT DEPENDABLE Be Prepared to uninstall and re install this app just to recive text and calls. This is a bullshit APP. But now im stuck because ive been using this number and will lose even more buisness if i change numbers. Never trust this app to run you buisness communication! You will LOSE MONEY!!!

★★☆☆☆ We used the app for a long while and had to leave it because of poor customer service, and poor functionality of the app. Here is the most detailed review you will find regarding the cons of this app. 1. You can't access the app from different devices. Only one device! There is an online portal, which was not very functional. 2. The app will mix your personal calls with business calls =lost $$$ ...some business calls will be missed because they are showing as personal. 3. The app will not save your contacts immediately ...you will need to double check several times and refresh to make sure what you saved has been actually saved. 4. Once you leave them and port your number, even if you paid for the month, they will "erase" all your saved contacts/data without notice to have enough time to transfer them. 5. They will yell at you over the phone regarding number (4) on 10/30/18 Representative named (Mike). They will also lie about refunding the balance, which we didn't beven ask for, just access to our portal. 6. You can't block spam/scam numbers yourself or immediately. You have to save them and send them to the company every month/once in a while to have them blocked for you. 7. If you talk or email them several times about number (6), no one cares...they will never improve a poor function. 8. You have to hit (1) on the phone before answering any business call, which is a time waste for every call. If you enjoy any of the above, go ahead and join them.
