I have had a very good experience with this app. Way better than the last app my school used. I suspect that the user experience is largely impacted by the way the school sets up the app on their end, and the equipment they use.

Very helpful. Typically, when there are issues I see reported here, I believe it is the district not getting things up and running, turning things on in their end, and forgetting their own devise to scan. As our district becomes used to the process, it has gotten better, sooner, every year. My only complaint is the bus tracker, for the love of all things good take the address banner off of the zone circle. We know where our stop/s are. It blocks the view of the bus.

We sleep with it every night. We chose a dark screen, 12 hours track that's very seamless, calming, and relaxing track. My kids also use it in their rooms. I also have this app for on the go and need to meditate or relax. They have 20 min on up. It's great!!!

Terrible communication within the app can't see the bus... notifications come to email but when I click the promt it's a notification from last week

Says I have an account but when I do "forgot password" it says im not in the system. My kids school shows when I tried creating an account but I can't even sign in.

The notification for "bus is in your zone" only appears when you are actively using your phone. No notification will appear if your phone is just sitting on the table next to you with the screen off. This means you have to have your phone screen unlocked and actively on at all times to receive your notification. Who is keeping their phone screen actively on straight for 20 minutes waiting?!?!?!? Fix this! The notification should come to your phone no matter what.
