I have used their services multiple times, and it's been a pleasant experience all round. Seamless, trustworthy and efficient. It's really easy to navigate— for example, I send them a Mercaris Japan link, make payment & they handle the purchasing process. I'm able to have my items consolidated and shop with a peace of mind. However, the drawback is that customer service can be extremely slow.

So far I've had really amazing experiences using buy&ship! The shipping may seem a bit expensive, but there are no expensive handling fees/extra fees, and I love the $0 Japan proxy shipping. Packing of items and shipping to my country are superfast, and items are always packed well.

Worst because of missing parcel Hi, I just want to share my experience regarding Buyandship and their third-party delivery service. As you can see, I’ve been waiting for almost a month for my parcel, and they still don’t know where it is going. I keep messaging them, but I’m still not getting any clear answers. They only keep saying: “This is still being investigated by our warehouse together with the courier, and we are awaiting an update. We will notify you as soon as we have an update.”

My items have been sitting overseas warehouse 5 days now. When will you ship them? Update: you shipped 1 out of 3, why? The consolation period is running out. Please send the rest already!

This is the worst customer service and shipping service I have experienced in my life. Don't ever try to have any transaction with them. I made a purchase, and It took them 2 months to deliver the item. They also have a very unfair insurance of only $100 if the item was lost in shipping no matter how much it cost. You cannot also report them to DTI because they don't have any physical office in PH. BEWARE OF THIS APP. I hope they will be banned due to their unfair trading practices.
