I have used their services multiple times, and it's been a pleasant experience all round. Seamless, trustworthy and efficient. It's really easy to navigate— for example, I send them a Mercaris Japan link, make payment & they handle the purchasing process. I'm able to have my items consolidated and shop with a peace of mind. However, the drawback is that customer service can be extremely slow.

So far I've had really amazing experiences using buy&ship! The shipping may seem a bit expensive, but there are no expensive handling fees/extra fees, and I love the $0 Japan proxy shipping. Packing of items and shipping to my country are superfast, and items are always packed well.

Bought an item on 28 May and raised a return on 15 June (regular price item well within their 30-day window). They completely ghosted me after 17 June, hiding behind "passing it to other teams." Because of their 4+ days of absolute silence, I am now at risk of missing the return deadline to overseas. I even offered to pay for the shipping and Buy & Ship Plus fees myself just to speed it up, but they still refuse to move. Unprofessional, incredibly slow, and zero sense of urgency.

Worst because of missing parcel Hi, I just want to share my experience regarding Buyandship and their third-party delivery service. As you can see, I’ve been waiting for almost a month for my parcel, and they still don’t know where it is going. I keep messaging them, but I’m still not getting any clear answers. They only keep saying: “This is still being investigated by our warehouse together with the courier, and we are awaiting an update. We will notify you as soon as we have an update.”
