App is quite bugged. Was about to do remittance in US but the app keep closing, choosing other countries are fine except US, please fix this.

All of a sudden I can't log in anymore. And a message "connection problem with the server" Followed by a crazy "please check your account balance". How can I do it if I can't log in. Besides, I have a few billions IDR on the account!!! Complained to the bank in Bali, they say they can access my account...and that's all they did. No help received.
