App works well for me, I am only annoyed a bit by some very simple missing features like turning on the defrosting remotely. For my Seal, I can only heat the car itself but the defrosting of back window and mirrors can only be done in car, where I then have to wait....

So let app viewnthe cameras so can see what's around vehicle remotely. 5. ability to see digital car manual. 6. can show a few more featuresnofnthebcar 7. Ability to reset trip A and B meter

Nice useful app, working fine on my phone. One security and energy saving feature I would like to have: An auto-engine off and auto-car lock feature when the driver move away from the car (with the car key). Some of the competitors like Omoda already has such feature. BYD being one of the EV market leaders in Singapore should also have such feature to match its competitors.

I've just purchased a brand new BYD Dolphin in the UK and have installed the BYD app on my phone. I am a bit surprised the mileage and tire pressure is shown in km and kPa rather than miles and psi (as that is what I set up for the small display on the steering column). I would have thought the 'app' would use the settings/units reported from the car, rather than default units. Maybe BYD can address this issue in the next release of the app. The Dolphin is a dream car to drive!!

Works well. But very short-sighted in the scheduled charging to only have one schedule available. Why can't I have multiple schedules and conditions on when to charge it?

When you want to connect to the car, there is a weak network signal, and it doesn't work. They've removed useful functions from the app e.g. adjusting the scheduled charging time, or even the charge now button is missing ! WHY BYD Why? It was working just fine before

In short: appalling just like the software in the car. The app is half-baked just like the software in the car... Lovely looking car, badly hobbled by amateur software, avoid BYD if you're looking for a true connected vehicle.

The digital key functionality appears to have been removed from the application, or I was unable to locate it.
