This is the most customer friendly bank in South Carolina (my area) so it stands to reason they built an app that is so easy to use, easy to understand, and quick to respond to contact requests. If your banking app has 100 different options, choices, portals, and links; maybe it's an investment/hedge/money market firm and not your family bank.

I really like the app! I am able to monitor my bank balance and transactions easily and It's so much easier than having to call and get transactions through the automated number! I really would like to see the instant balance feature added back like was in the old app, I depended on that feature a lot, all I had to do was click it and immediately knew my balance without having to sign all the way in, it was very convenient, and also fingerprint sign in would be nice!

I have to uninstall and reinstall everything other day it seems. Always coming up busy network. But all my other apps work?

They canceled my account cause of fraudulent checks that I didn't have anything to do with...the checks I deposited in my account not knowing the checks was fraudulent the bank didn't lose any money I did and without any reason at all they closed my account because of it. I never saw this in their damn policy that they give you when you open an account up. All the women at Williamson branch and the manager Strickland are a bunch of gossiping people I have ever heard of, and they give information.

Needs to have balance after each transaction. Doesn't give me much info as I want. I have account at another bank and their app gives balance after every debit, deposit, every day.
