Comments on C3 Smart for Android

★★☆☆☆ Same as it's predessor k3 app, only rebranded. Still suffers from the same issues as before. The launch was also delayed, and code locks blamed it on Google! Unfortunately and disappointingly there is no improvement. I wish I could be more positive. The delayed launch caused some inconvenience, but very little contingency put in place for that, and was offered some resolution but never received that either. Sadly a very poor execution and experience overall!

★★☆☆☆ Being able to remote control the locks is the main reason this app exists and yet, the gateway settings did not get ported from the old K3 Connect app. Manually setting the gateway up is not working either. Keep getting the error: "The lock is connected to the Internet, but there is an error in the cloud server, please try again later." The locks have been offline since 2/10/23 and there is no indication that they will be online anytime soon (today is 2/16/23). This is a total hack job.

★★☆☆☆ Android issues. Please fix. Clients can't even download the app as it's saying the app was designed for an older version of Android!
