Overall I have been happy with the performance of the locket and the app. The fingerprint reader on the locket is fussy. But the app does everything I need. With the bridge it lets me communicate with the locket even when I am out of town.

Have tried to link to the lock repeatedly. Can't get it to send the code ti my email address. No other option & no way to ask for help. My wife dud try to contact them, but novidy has gotten back to us.

Horrible. Complete waist of time. This app would not let me register an account so that I could use the Model O smart lock. I scanned the QR code from the instructions that came with the lock because there are 2 apps in play store that say "Sifely", the other one is similar and states "Sifely" on the icon, but the icon is blue instead of blue and is titled "MJRHOME" "Sifely original." All the references to the app in the instructions were blue and look nothing like this app. TOTAL SCAM.

Unable to change the passcode times that I want them to be at, and loses my fingerprints. The interface overall is very poorly designed you have to slide dates and times. You can't just type in the times you want. The sliding back and forth is annoying at best.
