Just set up this door system, setting up the guests' door lock code is only in military time, like most people who don't have a military background, I am not familiar with reading military time, there should be an option for people convenient for those of who are more familiar with reading regular time ⏲️

I've had one of the sf smart locks installed on my front door for going on 3 years. No issues. I do however also have many other brands of smart locks. Sifely is the only one that had a notification pop up on my phone warning people to bring their keys with them if the temperature drops below 15° f. I always have my key, but I get calls from customers every winter asking why they're door lock or outdoor battery powered camera isn't working. Good job Sifely!

I love this lock. I have it on the outside of my home it does great job of keeping my home safe. It locks every time the door closes and the fingerprint on the door works every single time I put my thumb or finger on the sensor.

This app is terribly clunky, buggy, and takes forever to operate. Half the time it doesn't unlock right away, and you have to repress the unlock button. The remote unlock feature isn't any better and with the feature it disconnects from the Wi-Fi quite often. Now I tried changing a setting about the same time someone tried to open up the door with a code and now the whole app doesn't work It's just pathetic how little effort was put into this. I'm going to go look for other smart locks and apps.

Terrible, between lock set up and gateway G2 set up. Gateway says set up in 60 seconds. Don't count on it. Customer serves claim they were sending a replacement. Not a word afterward, and still no replacement. If looking, I might suggest keep looking
