Do I need any other equipment to do these workouts? No. All you need is your jump ropes, the app, and enough space to jump (no gym required).

Good app with some good started workouts but requires subscription to get more and ones either better video. For the cost of the ropes would have thought more free videos. YouTube has other good jump rope workouts that I use with people who have the Cross rope ropes.

Really, like the different sets of ropes (1/4, 1/2, 1, & 2 LBS). The app has a bunch of different exercises to choose from. I think when I get better at jumping rope, I will be able to use more of the app.

App is crowded & costly. I have been using jump ropes for years; from time in the US Marines & so on. I just want to change the gear & be more techie. I do not care much for the workout programs, videos, etc., I just need to use the "Free Jump" as counter, recorder, tracker, that's it. But, in able for you to use it, you have to subscribe. So much "Free Jump". The "Rounds" is the same thing, you have to pay to play. One of these features, the least, should be free.

Just a money grab, extremely disillusioned to find my amp handles basic features are locked behind a subscription. Pay hundreds of dollars for handles that you can't use without a sub, I am disgusted with this company.

Incredibly poor scaling for beginners, difficult to navigate, and overpriced. I am not a beginner. I used to jump rope three to four times a week for cardio and caloric burn. I am now trying to get back into shape. The Beginner Challenge is not for beginners. It escalated way too fast. It's clearly meant for fit people learning a new workout. This will actually deter a great many beginners. The workout navigation is also unintuitive. It's easy for workouts to get lost unless favorite.
