After a few teething issues when I first got the app I have now mastered its brilliance... I've lost 6lb this week and simply my monitoring the calories in food. A great database and scan feature so really easy to add your meals. If you want to lose weight...this is the app, and I know you have to pay, but I've been on the free ones, and they're pretty useless...this app is just so easy to use and effective at weight loss. I AM SO THRILLED THANK YOU

Love this app! So easy to use in conjunction with whatever plan you are on. Very flexible. Great ideas for recipes and a forum for asking questions and getting even more information. Plus the experts! Can't recommend enough. I have lost 2.5 stone so far with another stone to go!

This app was great during the free trial, but I've had to move back to my original app which has no limitations on diary entries.

It's a good app but lacks the simple function of being able to set your own calorie goals for specific days. You can set it at one amount for every day, but you can't have different amounts on different days. I follow the new 5:2 which is 800 calories 2 days a week. It would be useful to have the ability to set different calorie amounts for different days. The lack of this personalization is the only reason for the low star rating.
