So far works okay on LG V35. Unfortunately, powering off the phone disables the camera muting, so for the app to work requires the user to remember to manually activate it before taking pictures each time after the phone is powered on. This is better than having to remember to mute the phone each time you want to take a picture and remember to unmute it after. Definitely less convenient, though, than being able to turn off camera sounds once and have them stay muted permanently.

Why is everyone complaining about the notification? Just go to settings>notifications>camera mute>block notifications. That's it, quit your whining the app is great.
