I recently obtained a new VISA debit card. The card functions to make online purchases, however neither the Canada banking app nor the online banking website shows purchase details. It used to show the debited amount and a code for each transaction made from AliExpress. Not anymore. While the VISA debit card continues to function as normal, the app shows only the total amount in the account as it gets smaller after each purchase with no record of each purchase/debit... Very sketchy.

Just wanted to try using local bank, Canada Bank but the expectation is like a nightmare! It works very slow when switching pages and cannot load all the images in the app even I have Wi-Fi connected. Just opened an EZ account and wanted to open another Saving account, but it said Current user tage, the service is not supported. Try many times since last week but seems no one intended to fix the problem or at least indicate what the error actually means.
