If I took their lousy advice, I'd be nickel and diming myself for the rest of my life paying off my one item in collections. Things happen in life, and I had a bad debt write off. They wanted me to pay it off even though it fell off my credit report. I had a $30000 down payment for a $100000 mortgage, and they lectured me about my debt history. I was successful in purchasing a beautiful house without their help. There are other options people. Don't give up!

Let me start by saying that I'm an agent who has been using and paying for a CMA subscription for many years now (through Google Play). Recently, I received an email saying that my subscription was cancelled even though I never cancelled it. Tried to turn the subscription on again but every payment method I tried was rejected, so I just gave up. Today I tried to renew, and now you want to charge me $20/month? That's twice as much as I was paying before! No way. Bye.

It is impossible to change mortgage amount in calculators. It is really user unfriendly, so hard to navigate and set base values." It doesn't matter how your good your calculators if you cannot use for my numbers. The app looks like you made it only to catch clients to contact with you directly."
